Inensia Team Building and Nature Adventure in Bulgaria

Our Bulgarian team had an amazing, action-packed weekend in the beautiful Rila Mountain! We kicked things off with productive co-working sessions, followed by a range of fun team-building activities like an Inensia crossword puzzle, board games, pétanque, tennis, and more. To cap off the first day, we indulged in a delicious traditional Bulgarian dinner.

On day two, we pushed our communication skills with more exciting games, discovering each other’s strengths and learning how to collaborate even better. These activities brought us closer as a team, creating stronger bonds.

We wrapped up the weekend with more great food, plenty of music, and of course, lots of singing!  It was the perfect way to end a fantastic weekend of teamwork, fun, and connection.
