  At Inensia, we’ve made co-working a tradition — regularly gathering in inspiring spaces to collaborate, share ideas, and shake up our routine. This time, we’re excited to unlock a new spot — Marseille! Work should always be balanced with some pleasure, so our team took the time to enjoy delicious food and visit the famous Marseille port — where last year’s Olympic flame made its grand arrival. Same team spirit, fresh energy, and another great place to innovate together.

  Nothing makes us prouder than seeing the determination and ambition of our team members as they grow and excel! Starting as an intern, Vasil quickly became an integral part of our Siemens software solutions team. With each challenge, he expanded his skills, took on greater responsibilities, and gained the confidence to tackle complex projects. Today, as a junior business analyst, he continues to grow, bringing value to every project he works on.

Inensia is thrilled to announce that we’ve officially opened the doors to our new office in Paris. This isn’t just about a new workspace — it’s about creating a place where our team can thrive as we tackle new challenges and opportunities together. Embracing a new chapter with a thriving team and a year full of potential.  

  XO XO XO! The Christmas spirit has arrived! Our Bulgaria team kicked off the celebrations with a festive gathering, starting at the Sofia office and continuing into a fantastic evening! We exchanged thoughtful gifts in an organized Secret Santa, followed by a quiz that challenged our knowledge while bringing plenty of laughs. It was the perfect way to celebrate the holidays.  

  This year’s Christmas party in Paris was truly special! We started the celebrations in our fantastic new office, where the team gathered for an exciting first look at the space. The occasion was made even more special with some of our colleagues from Germany joining us. We virtually connected with colleagues in different locations, spreading the holiday spirit across Inensia. It was a heartwarming moment that brought us all closer, no matter the distance. Later, the festivities continued outside the office, creating even more joyful memories.  

  Strength comes from diversity, and true progress happens when everyone’s voice and talents are recognized. We stand in solidarity with over 1 billion people living with disabilities worldwide and we believe that inclusivity is a powerful force that strengthens our workplace and community. As we continue our journey, we reaffirm our commitment to accessibility and genuine support for all.  

  This year’s Halloween celebration took our team bonding to the next level! With spooky snacks, creative costumes, and a thrilling escape room challenge, the office was buzzing with creativity and a lot of laughs. From laughs to a few (staged) scares, this Halloween reminded us why working together is a treat. Here’s to more celebrations and to a team that knows how to make every moment memorable!    

  Our Bulgarian team had an amazing, action-packed weekend in the beautiful Rila Mountain! We kicked things off with productive co-working sessions, followed by a range of fun team-building activities like an Inensia crossword puzzle, board games, pétanque, tennis, and more. To cap off the first day, we indulged in a delicious traditional Bulgarian dinner. On day two, we pushed our communication skills with more exciting games, discovering each other’s strengths and learning how to collaborate even better. Recently, the Sofia team hosted our esteemed French colleague Olivier on a special trip to one of Bulgaria’s most iconic landmarks—Rila Monastery. For the team, it was the perfect chance to step out of the office, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy a day in nature with great company.

  Our US team recently gathered in vibrant Mexico City for a memorable teambuilding experience! From exploring the city’s rich history on a walking tour to enjoying delicious tacos and the excitement of lucha libre, they created unforgettable memories together. The highlight? A breathtaking hot air balloon ride over the ancient ruins of Teotihuacán. This trip was more than just team building; it was an opportunity to grow as a team and create lasting memories.  

  The team activity season is in full swing! Our team in Germany enjoyed a fantastic coworking day in Frankfurt that extended beyond work. It was a great opportunity for the team to connect, spend quality time together, and officially welcome our newest teammate, Santiago!   Our team is committed to making a positive impact beyond the office. Last weekend, we volunteered in a project on Vitosha Mountain where we restored 2 ecological trails that were damaged by the winter season. Witnessing everyone come together outside the workplace validated our dedication to corporate social responsibility and the environment.

Introducing Mathurin Moufle, one of our interns! Mathurin, a 21-year-old French student at the University of Technology of Troyes studying mechanical engineering, started an incredible adventure with us. Mathurin learned about our internship opportunity via a university remote forum, and he was intrigued by Inensia’s PLM-focused approach. Mathurin excelled as a Scrum master and project manager assistant throughout his internship, working on a variety of projects such as collaborations with manufacturers and research projects focused at improving retrospectives.
