  This year’s Halloween celebration took our team bonding to the next level! With spooky snacks, creative costumes, and a thrilling escape room challenge, the office was buzzing with creativity and a lot of laughs. From laughs to a few (staged) scares, this Halloween reminded us why working together is a treat. Here’s to more celebrations and to a team that knows how to make every moment memorable!

  A Successful Day at Aras Connect Germany! We’re thrilled to share that our journey at the Aras Connect has brought us to Frankfurt, Germany! Our first day was filled with exciting opportunities to network and learn. We had the honor of presenting alongside Laetitia Millée from Mersen, showcasing our collaborative work on “How Mersen generates eco-passports from ARAS to communicate the environmental impacts of their products, in collaboration with Inensia”  

  Inensia’s team had a fantastic time at the “Career Days” 2024 event hosted by the Technical University of Sofia! Once again, we had the privilege of meeting many talented and motivated students eager to launch their careers in their chosen fields. It was a pleasure connecting with such driven future specialists! Thank you to everyone who stopped by—we’re excited to continue our conversations about future opportunities and collaboration!

  Our Bulgarian team had an amazing, action-packed weekend in the beautiful Rila Mountain! We kicked things off with productive co-working sessions, followed by a range of fun team-building activities like an Inensia crossword puzzle, board games, pétanque, tennis, and more. To cap off the first day, we indulged in a delicious traditional Bulgarian dinner. On day two, we pushed our communication skills with more exciting games, discovering each other’s strengths and learning how to collaborate even better.   We had a fantastic time connecting with industry leaders and PLM experts at the Aras Connect event in Paris! Our team had the opportunity to discuss the latest trends in PLM and share more about our success stories. We were truly impressed by the expertise of the attendees.   We believe that mental health and effective communication go hand in hand. That is why during World Mental Health Day, our team participated in the “Mind Matters: Enhancing Well-Being Through Communication” webinar, aimed at strengthening our communication skills through engaging exercises and real-world examples. We explored how active listening, two-way communication, and recognizing cognitive biases can improve our collaboration and decision-making—no matter where we are. By fostering better communication, we are building a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.  

  We had an amazing experience at Aras Connect UK in Birmingham! Stephane Guignard proudly represented us by showcasing Nicomatic’s success story with the presentation: “Nicomatic’s Aras Innovator® Quick Start SaaS Implementation within a Flat Management Organization, powered by inensia.” A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to connect with us, and to Aras Corporation for hosting such an inspiring event.
