With 25 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Edouard has been working for various customers in manufacturing and process industries, always focused on improving the performance of the industrial organizations, business processes and related information systems. Edouard strengthens the INENSIA value chain starting with upstream strategic diagnostic and recommendations, until the execution of business transformation plans supported by process digitization and information systems implementation.
