  What a start to the new year! The new year brings exciting growth for our team — and a big move to match! Inensia is thrilled to announce that we’ve officially opened the doors to our new office in Paris. This isn’t just about a new workspace — it’s about creating a place where our team can thrive as we tackle new challenges and opportunities together. Embracing a new chapter with a thriving team and a year full of potential.  

  Cheers to the New Year 2025! In 2025, let’s aim even higher, both in our professional and personal lives. Together with our incredible team, clients, and partners, we will celebrate every win, big and small. We are excited for the challenges ahead, and we know how to balance hard work with fun, keeping our spirits high and our energy strong.  

  What a year 2024 has been! We have welcomed 12 amazing new clients, kicked off 57 exciting projects, and added 31 talented new teammates to our team. Each step forward has brought new opportunities and plenty of reasons to celebrate. A huge thanks to our team, clients, and partners for making this journey possible and meaningful.  

  XO XO XO! The Christmas spirit has arrived! Our Bulgaria team kicked off the celebrations with a festive gathering, starting at the Sofia office and continuing into a fantastic evening! We exchanged thoughtful gifts in an organized Secret Santa, followed by a quiz that challenged our knowledge while bringing plenty of laughs. It was the perfect way to celebrate the holidays.  

  This year’s Christmas party in Paris was truly special! We started the celebrations in our fantastic new office, where the team gathered for an exciting first look at the space. The occasion was made even more special with some of our colleagues from Germany joining us. We virtually connected with colleagues in different locations, spreading the holiday spirit across Inensia. It was a heartwarming moment that brought us all closer, no matter the distance. Later, the festivities continued outside the office, creating even more joyful memories.

We stand in solidarity with over 1 billion people living with disabilities worldwide and we believe that inclusivity is a powerful force that strengthens our workplace and community. As we continue our journey, we reaffirm our commitment to accessibility and genuine support for all.  

  Inensia is proud to be selected by STÄUBLI as PLM Consulting & System Integrator. Stäubli, a global industrial and mechatronic solution provider, is initiating a major PLM transformation project based on Aras Innovator Platform. With Inensia, Stäubli starts first a Scoping and Pilot Phase to consolidate business needs, configure a first version of the Aras Innovator platform, initiate Enterprise Change Management and build the global deployment roadmap to the different Stäubli business units and geographies.

This week, our SPDM Consultant, Fatouma had the opportunity to presenting at the NAFEMS event in Senlis, where she delivered a compelling session on “Managing Key Parameters from Simulation Inputs and Results.” Her presentation highlighted the powerful role of Simulation Process and Data Management (SPDM) in improving efficiency, decision-making, and optimization processes by effectively managing key parameters. Her insights sparked a lot of interest among participants, who were eager to dive deeper into this critical topic.   Excited to announce Inensia’s participation in the upcoming 2024 NAFEMS Conference in France! Our team, presented by Fatouma will be attending and presenting on “Managing Key Parameters from Simulation Inputs and Results.”  This presentation will demonstrate how an SPDM platform can enhance agility, efficiency, and integration within engineering and optimization processes.
