As we welcome the new year, it’s the perfect time to look back on the unforgettable team-building experiences that brought us closer in 2024. From the vibrant streets of Mexico City to the tranquil waters of the Camargue and the awe-inspiring Rila Mountains, our team-building activities went far beyond fun—they were transformative moments that sparked growth, deepened connections, and created lasting memories that we’ll carry with us for years to come.
A Vibrant Adventure in Mexico City
Our US team kicked off their 2024 team-building journey with a vibrant trip to Mexico City, where they immersed themselves in the city’s rich history, culture, and cuisine. The adventure began with a walking tour through the city, offering a deep dive into the historical landmarks and local life. Of course, no trip to Mexico would be complete without indulging in some delicious tacos, which fueled the team’s exploration of the city.
One of the most thrilling moments of the trip was an exhilarating lucha libre experience, where the team embraced the energy and excitement of Mexico’s iconic wrestling tradition. But the true highlight came with a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over the ancient ruins of Teotihuacán. The sight of the sprawling pyramids from the sky was a magical moment that left everyone in awe. Beyond the fun and excitement, this trip was a true opportunity for the team to connect, grow, and create lasting memories.
Sustainability and Teamwork in the Camargue
Our French team embarked on an eco-conscious and enriching team-building experience in the stunning Camargue region of southern France. Known for its unique wildlife, including flamingos and white horses, the team set out to explore this natural wonder while staying true to our green values. They traveled by train to minimize their environmental impact and set the tone for a sustainable adventure.
The journey included a series of thought-provoking workshops, from Solution Architect Workshop to collaborative and creative challenges like Inensia Life Game & Time’s Up. The team also engaged in the Ethic & CSR Challenge, where they explored how to align their work with sustainability efforts.
Exploring the medieval town of Aigues-Mortes through a digital scavenger hunt was a fun way to engage with local history before gathering for a memorable team dinner. Outdoor activities, such as canoeing in the tranquil waters of the Camargue and walking through an ornithological reserve, offered the team an opportunity to witness the beauty of nature up close. These experiences not only strengthened their bonds but also reinforced their commitment to sustainability, combining work, nature, and adventure into a truly inspiring experience.
Team Building in the Heart of the Rila Mountains
The Bulgarian team had an action-packed weekend of teamwork and outdoor fun in the stunning Rila Mountains. Their adventure began with productive co-working sessions that set the stage for a weekend of collaboration. As the team moved into a series of team-building activities, including an Inensia crossword puzzle, board games, pétanque, and tennis, they had plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun.
The weekend was packed with engaging challenges that pushed the team’s communication skills, helping them discover each other’s strengths and enhance their ability to collaborate. After a day filled with games and teamwork, the team enjoyed a traditional Bulgarian dinner, which provided the perfect setting for further bonding.
The second day continued with more dynamic activities, culminating in music, food, and plenty of singing—a perfect way to close out the weekend. This experience not only fostered deeper connections within the team but also provided a much-needed opportunity to relax, have fun, and celebrate the strength of their collaboration.
